Everything you need to know about REAIGENT7 — the AI, the public data it draws on, and how the platform fits into your workflow.
REAIGENT7 is an AI-powered listing platform that gives real estate agents their own professional listing pages — with 24/7 AI chat informed by 25+ public data sources (FEMA, NOAA, Census, NCES, and more), direct buyer contact forms, marketing tools, and lead management. No competing agents on your listing, no per-ZIP fees, no referral fees on close. Agents control their pages, their brand, and their business.
Agents upload a property document — MLS sheet, flyer, appraisal, or any PDF — or enter listing details manually. REAIGENT7 creates a professional listing page they control in minutes. Every page includes AI chat that answers buyer questions 24/7, direct buyer contact forms, a photo gallery, and area insights. Works for MLS listings, pocket listings, and off-market properties. Agents share their link on social media, yard signs, email, and open-house flyers — and every buyer lands on their page.
REAIGENT7 offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. The Standard plan is $79/month (or $790/year — 2 months free) for up to 5 active listings. The Pro plan is $129/month (or $1,290/year — 2 months free) for up to 15 active listings. All features are included on every plan.
No. The 14-day free trial requires no credit card. You can build listing pages, invite buyers, and collect leads without adding a payment method. You only add billing if you decide to keep your account after the trial.
Yes. Every REAIGENT7 listing page has an AI chat assistant trained on real property data provided by the listing agent. Buyers can ask about pricing, square footage, HOA fees, neighborhood information, disclosure history, schools, and more. For binding decisions like offers, pricing negotiations, and legal matters, the AI defers to the licensed agent.
When you upload an MLS sheet, flyer, or property document, REAIGENT7 extracts the facts — price, beds, baths, square footage, features, HOA, condition — and uses them to train a per-listing AI assistant. You can edit any extracted field before publishing. The AI only answers based on what you've provided; it never makes up information.
Never. Every lead — whether from the AI chat, a contact form, a showing request, or an open-house sign-in — goes directly to you. REAIGENT7 does not sell buyer information, does not route buyers to competing agents, and does not charge referral fees on leads.
Yes. REAIGENT7 works for MLS listings, pocket listings, pre-MLS properties, and off-market sales. You control privacy settings per listing — you can hide a listing from the public browse page while keeping a direct share link or embed for targeted outreach.
If you downgrade, your listings above the new plan's limit are automatically unpublished (not deleted) on the day the downgrade takes effect — you can republish them if you upgrade again. If you cancel, your listings are unpublished and your data is retained so you can reactivate anytime. You can also delete your account entirely from Settings, which removes all data permanently.
When a buyer chats with the AI, it naturally weaves in a few qualification questions based on context — budget range, timeline, financing type (cash, conventional, FHA, VA), and pre-approval status. The AI only asks about financial readiness and timeline; it never asks about family size, children, marital status, or any protected class. Qualified leads are flagged in your dashboard so you can prioritize serious buyers over casual browsers.
Most agents go live in under five minutes. Upload an MLS sheet, flyer, or appraisal and the AI extracts the address, price, beds, baths, square footage, HOA, and school district automatically. You review the extracted facts, add photos, and publish. Manual entry also works if you prefer.
Yes. After every open house, you can send the seller a professional report with sign-in counts, top buyer questions, AI-identified gaps in the listing, and engagement insights — no buyer PII included. It's a strong tool for listing presentations: show prospective sellers the real-time insights they'll get on their own property.
Every listing comes with a QR code, direct share links, and embed codes for your website or blog. The marketing tools dashboard includes AI-generated social captions for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter, plus email drafts. Many agents print the QR code on yard signs, flyers, and open-house handouts so buyers can scan and chat with the AI instantly.
